Broken is a story I’ve somewhat sidelined in pursuit of more ambitious projects. It follows the story of a boy named Roen who, upon gaining powers viewed as objectively evil in the eyes of his people, goes into the cold tundra outside his city walls to find others like himself. He finds friends, foes, foes who become friends, creatures of pure darkness, a sad old man, and the sun.
